Summit Acquisitions was founded with a simple idea: buy good content websites and run them well, for a long time.
Our Model
We acquire income-generating digital assets - primarily content based websites such as directories, blogs, and affiliate sites that already have traffic and monetization in place.
The focus is on buying established websites from owners who are either looking to exit or whose model is to build and sell sites. Rather than starting from scratch, we prioritize assets with proven performance: existing traffic, consistent revenue, and clear upside potential.
Once acquired, we optimize and grow these assets by improving monetization, refining SEO, and expanding content where it makes sense. The goal is to build a portfolio of simple, high-margin websites that generate reliable cash flow with minimal operational complexity.

I'm Kyle, the founder of Summit Acquisitions. I’m focused on building a life that gives me financial independence and the freedom to live and work from anywhere. I was born and raised in colorado and am a big hockey fan - but I like to spend most of my time outdoors in our beautiful Rocky Mountains.
In addition to that, I have a deep passion for travel. One of my long-term goals is to climb one of the world’s 8,000-meter peaks, which is the inspiration behind the word “Summit” in our name.
